When in Doubt ~ Go with Toe Cleavage

What is Toe-Cleavage? - Well you probably see it all the time, and it impacts you and others on a very subconscious level as a sexy, subtle, suggestive, "look at me," approach to wearing shoes with grace and elegance, without the "here are my feet" look that comes with open toe shoes.

Why Toe -Cleavage? Perhaps we should be leaving something to the imagination ladies...why not show some restraint and cover-up those dogs a bit.

When in doubt to the appropriateness of open-toe shoes for a particular function - you can never go wrong with a close toe heel baring just the right amount of "Toe-Cleavage." This look is perfect for the office, or office party as open toe shoes can come across too lax and unprofessional at work, and at work related functions, unless of course it's a company picnic, and even then a great pair of "tennies"can do the trick!

The Panty Hose Dilemma: Hose or No-Hose? I know - I know - you don't wear hose anymore - but we hope you don them for special occasions. We all know wearing hose is a no-no with open toes - yet, how superbly elegant is the look of a smooth, perfected pair of hosed gams with the right amount of "Toe-Cleavage." Forgo the hose should you dare - and go bare - it's easier to pull it off when your sporting a tan - but that's another topic!

What's the Difference? The difference between regular pumps and heels that bare "Toe-Cleavage" is simply this: the cut of the shoe dips lower, into the area that begins to reveal where the toes start - thus creating a "low-cut" look similar to that of a "low-cut" top on a woman.

Remember when proper ladies wore hats and gloves, leaving her pursuer curious about what's underneath -creating intrigue is a big part of the allure in romance - so it's definitely worth repeating: Leave something to the imagination - it's fun, and even more fun when the time is right to take it off!
